Rapidsoft announces applications for Blackberry app world, now available in India

Blackberry App World is now available in India. Research In Motion has recently launched Blackberry App World in India while it went live on April 1, 2009. Now Indian users can easily access any application of Blackberry App World on their Blackberry, although for the time being, they have to be content with the free apps on it.

The BlackBerry App World has a range of applications available as free downloads and paid ones too. As of now, Indian Blackberry users cannot download the paid apps. From the Indian app perspective, some of the apps are namely Hungama MyPlay, Blackberry Messenger, BusinessWeek, Movies, MobO, Yahoo Messenger and Time Mobile. The App world also has apps listed under categories like the Apple iTunes store.

One can download Blackberry App World from the Blackberry India website. It can show the users the apps which are compatible with your device model. Blackberry App World can be open with those Blackberry devices which have either of trackball, track pad or touchscreen with OS 4.2 or above. This covers most of the new models like BlackBerry Curve, BlackBerry Bold, BlackBerry Pearl, BlackBerry Storm and BlackBerry Flip etc.

With the launch of the Blackberry App World in India, Rapidsoft Technologies announces to come up with a few applications of their own that will be available on app world soon.
