Xbox Music’s web version launching next week!

Microsoft is soon going to launch the web based version of its streaming music service known as Xbox Music. According to a report by The Verge, Microsoft may launch this service next week.
Xbox Music is the rebranding of Microsoft’s previous service Zune. It has been popular as both a digital music store and streaming service. The service will allow Xbox users buying individual tracks or albums like on iTunes. Users can also sign-up for premium subscription that will be charged as monthly fee. This service gives users an on-demand streaming music facility that is very similar to Spotify.
This service can be accessed from Xbox Music Windows App, Xbox Live, Windows Phone 8 powered smartphones and Surface tablets.
Expert says that it may be a direct answer to Apple’s iTunes, iTunes Radio, and Google Play Music/All Access. Let’s see what next week bring for us.
