Besides being the CEO of Rapidsoft Technologies, Mr. Naresh Kumar is also the Managing Director of NKC Projects, a successful engineering company in north India. He has over fifteen years of executive business management experience. He is actively involved in business development, project management and quality control, and strives to develop lasting customer relationships with our clients.

Mr. M.K.Maggu
Director Technical, Retd. Chief Engineer., Formerly Indian Railways
Mr. Maggu is the head of the company's operations and has more than thirty-five years of experience in project management for engineering operations. During his distinguished career with the Indian Railways he managed large scale projects involving tens of millions of dollars. His areas of expertise include planning, logistic management, quality control and operations management.

Mr. Sandeep Verma
Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Sandeep Verma is a Microsoft Certified Professional since 1998. He has more than 15 years of Experience in IT and emerging Mobile Industry. He has been leading the software development in Finance Sector Projects and has been handling the Common Wealth Debt Recording and Management System for Government of India. He is also involved in new development of Online Debt Management (Disbursement and Reimbursement process) with linking & auditing of data with World Bank and ADB. He is also associated with Indian Music Industry and mobile operators for last 4 years for Digital Contents (VAS), Audio/Video Streaming over IP & Karaoke Services. He has led large teams in cross platform applications and his experience spans from Desktop/Web to Mobile technologies and is able to provide any kind of integrated clustered scalable solutions with any kind of mixed technologies and platforms.

Mrs. Kalpana Verma
Project Manager
Mrs. Kalpana Verma has been associated with IT industry since 1992 and is a Microsoft Certified Professional since 1999. She has taken a formal Technical Training and is a diploma holder in Systems Management from NIIT. Besides being Masters in Computer Applications, she is trained in Project Management from a reputed institute. She has an experience of working with some renowned Multinationals like NIIT and has taken a formal training on Quality Management (CCQMS) from there. Besides working on diverse technologies all these years, she has managed projects of varied natures for national and international clients - Gaming applications like Golf Simulator, e-learning applications, Business Applications like CRM and Quotation Application, Web based Applications, Network applications are just a few of those applications which have been developed under her supervision. Apart from showing her expertise in the field of Software Development and Project Management, she has also served the IT industry as a Senior Software Instructor and Group Leader for around 6 years.

Mr. Palak Biswas
Business Development Manager
Mr Palak Biswas brings in decades experience of diverse International Sales and Business Development ranging from Financials to Telecom and also including E-Learning, Securities, etc. He is looking into Solution sales for the last 4 years. Apart from being major in Commerce from Calcutta University, he has bagged a couple of diplomas from world recognized institutes on Computer Operations and International Business Development.
