Her responsibilities include setting long-term goals, working with senior team to define businesst goals and the execution and monitoring of such goals. Supriya also provides oversight over Finance, HR &Admin within Rapidsoft. She leads his team of efficient managers and skilled software professionals to make Rapidsoft one of the best software service providers. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Naresh Kumar

Besides being the Director of Rapidsoft Technologies, Mr. Naresh Kumar is also the Managing Director of NKC Projects, a successful civil engineering company in north India. He has over fifteen years of executive business management experience. He is actively involved in business development, project management and quality control, and strives to develop lasting customer relationships with clients.

M.K.Maggu
Director Technical, Retd. Chief Engineer., Formerly Indian Railways
Mr. Maggu is the head of the company's operations and has more than thirty-five years of experience in project management for engineering operations. During his distinguished career with the Indian Railways he managed large scale projects involving tens of millions of dollars. His areas of expertise include planning, logistic management, quality control and operations management.

Rajiv Madan
GM, Operations and Business Development
Rajiv Madan is the head of S/W development and Business Development at Rapidsoft Technologies. Rajiv has about 23 years of experience in spearheading software development & maintenance on embedded systems, Telecom and Web based applications both in India and abroad. He has worked in leading companies such as NPI, Delphi Automotive Systems (Singapore), HCL Perot Systems and Orange Business Services. During his career he has led different teams on development of various types of products & services in OSS (operations Support Systems), telecom Switching Systems, Engine control modules, ERP and mobile devices. He has extensive experience in providing directions for new start ups and managing geographically spread out teams across the globe. In past he had been involved in working closely with various telecom operators for providing solutions in OSS & VAS. He has also presented papers in both National and international conferences. Rajiv holds B.E. (Hons) from B.I.T.S ( Pilani) and M.Tech ( Computer Applications) from IIT, Delhi.

Palak Biswas
Senior Manager Business Development
Mr Palak Biswas brings in decades experience of diverse International Sales and Business Development ranging from Financials to Telecom and also including E-Learning, Securities, etc. He is looking into Solution sales for the last 4 years. Apart from being major in Commerce from Calcutta University, he has bagged a couple of diplomas from world recognized institutes on Computer Operations and International Business Development.

Kalpana Verma
Project Manager
Mrs. Kalpana Verma has been associated with IT industry since 1992 and is a Microsoft Certified Professional since 1999. She has taken a formal Technical Training and is a diploma holder in Systems Management from NIIT. Besides being Masters in Computer Applications, she is trained in Project Management from a reputed institute. She has an experience of working with some renowned Multinationals like NIIT and has taken a formal training on Quality Management (CCQMS) from there. Besides working on diverse technologies all these years, she has managed projects of varied natures for national and international clients - Gaming applications like Golf Simulator, e-learning applications, Business Applications like CRM and Quotation Application, Web based Applications, Network applications are just a few of those applications which have been developed under her supervision. Apart from showing her expertise in the field of Software Development and Project Management, she has also served the IT industry as a Senior Software Instructor and Group Leader for around 6 years.
