Some of the processes are:
- Contract review.
- Project Management Plan – it contains details of the process and standards to be followed, corrective/preventive actions identified in past projects which may be applicable, project deliverables and milestones, risk management, items under configuration management and review process, frequency of reviews metrics to be collected and analyzed, team structure with their roles and responsibilities, reporting structure, training required for the team, if any etc.
- Review of the Project Management Plan by senior management (Delivery Manager)
- Audit of the project monthly & quarterly basis.
- Escalation of project progress based on report (Fortnightly progress report, Monthly progress report, Quarterly progress report).
- Track Risk & Issues of project in different phases (Development, Design, and Implementation) & escalation risk & issues of project through proper channel.
- Use configuration management process for tracking all activities of project.
- Peer reviews of each deliverable
- Reviews by project manager of each deliverables
- Final inspection by dedicated quality Team of each deliverable before delivering to client
- Collection and analysis of metrics at the end of each phase, as defined in the project management plan
- Tracking of project progress using Microsoft Project Plan
