The client wanted to get a solution for delivering a robust OTA Backup utility that would support all kind of Operating systems.
Business Challenges:
- To provide end users the ability to backup and restore their phonebook contacts to and from online storage
- To start the sync process automatically at a specified time by the user so that user can also start the sync process manually as desired.
RapidMCB solution utilizes an online-platform for backing-up the addresses and contacts from a mobile phone to a central storage system. Being a cross platform application it starts the sync process automatically and our robust server takes care of all web based end-user access and management reporting interface.
